I am broadly interested in the spatiotemporal organization of biomolecules inside the cell. My current project involves computational modeling of the multivalent protein clustering in the context of biomolecular condensate formation. I am curious to study how condensate formation regulates the signaling activity across cell membrane, using a multi-scale computational approach.
